Teams site not showing in office application

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We just subscribed to Microsoft 365 and created Teams for our colleagues.

For some reason we cant see the teams site on any office application to save file or open a saved files.

Can we get some advice on how can we solve this.

Please note all users are affected.

All device are affected.

This issue started from the beginning.

    Hi, @Iniobong Nkanga

    Could you please provide a screen shot so that we can have a better understanding of this issue? We did a test and find that we can get access to Teams files through File->Open->OneDrive then select Microsoft Teams Chat Files.
