    Hello!.

Diskful - means that a local temp disk, on the host is available, this is a disk that is presented to the Virtual Machine through the local host, and is useful as a fast cache (used by the pagefile) - but not persistant - it means that if the Virtual Machine gets moved to another host, the data in that drive is gone.

"The new Ddv4 VM sizes include fast, larger local SSD storage (up to 2,400 GiB) and are designed for applications that benefit from low latency, high-speed local storage, such as applications that require fast reads/ writes to temp storage or that need temp storage for caches or temporary files. "
