Teams lose bluetooth audio device connection

Question

I use the Windows Teams Client in connection with a bluetooth Jabra Evolce 75e, including a USB bluetooth dongle.

To my problem:

whenever I come out of a teams meeting or teams call, the teams client loses the connection to my Bluetooth device. When I dial into the next call, I cannot hear other people, neither can participants hear me.

The audio device is still on the Bluetooth Headphone, which I used in the previous call without any restrictions.

The current workaround looks as follows

1. switch from Bleutooth device to other Device, for example to the Device Audio.
2. Switch Back to the Bluetooth Deivce.

... it works!

I use just the one and only Jabra Evolve 75e with a bleutooth USB Donlge.

Why is teams losing the functionality of the bluetooth device, after a teams Meeting / teams Call. I have to change the audio device first and set it back to the bluetooth Headphones again.

we Use Wind 10 and it's up2date. The problem is more widespread, occurs with several users. Many have gone wired.
