My Windows 10 computer keeps blue screening, and I have examined the dump file, but I am hoping someone who knows more can help me.

I keep getting a blue screen that is related to ntkrnlmp.exe, but I am not sure what is causing the issue. Attached is the most recent dump file output from WinDbg as well as a link to the output from the V2 log collector. If anyone can help, that would be awesome! Thanks!

    Hello there,

This may occur due to corrupt boot volume, invalid boot. ini configuration, corrupt or missing system files, missing ntoskrnl.exe file, problematic Windows update, or missing driver for hard disk controllers.

The ntkrnlmp.exe BSOD could be caused by missing, corrupt or damaged system files on your computer. To see if this is the case, you should run a Windows repair.

System File Checker (SFC) is a handy feature in Windows that helps scan your system files and repair missing or corrupted system files(including those related to BSOD).

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

    Download BlueScreenView v1.55

BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one table.
Once you know the cause you can resolve the problem.

Find RAM modules that are displayed on the MSI Qualified Vendor List (QVL).

See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store with RAM modules displayed on the QCL.

Temporarily replace the RAM with RAM modules displayed on the QVL lists > monitor the computer for stability / instability

Use the computer for approximately one week with RAM on the QVL.

If stable then continue using RAM on the QVL.

If unstable then post a new V2 share link into the newest post.
