On the SQL Server Configuration page of SQL Server Setup, could you please change the Account Name for SQL Server Database Engine service to Network Service or Local System? See instructions here.

In addition to the Errorlog mentioned by Olaf, you can also attach your summary.txt or detail.txt.
The summary.txt is located within %programfiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\nnn\Setup Bootstrap\Log.
The detail.txt file is located within %programfiles%\Microsoft SQL Server\nnn\Setup Bootstrap\Log\<YYYYMMDD_HHMM>\Detail.txt.

Seeya, please don't muddle the waters. When we have the error "waiting for the database startup handle", all we really need is the SQL Server errorlog. There is no need to ask posters for unnecessary efforts.
(OK, there is one particular situation when I want to see summary.txt, but it only applies to SQL 2019 and only if the errorlog is entirely missing.)
