Today i faced an issue where we need to restore deleted user mailbox which was hard deleted(30days ago)
Is there any way to restore the hard deleted mailbox?
Org is in Hybrid mode
User is on-premise and the mailbox is cloud only
And now the user object is in Disable state in AD and i want to know is there any way to restore the mailbox.

Unfortunately if it has been over 30 days there is no way to recovery from Microsoft 365 (which is where the mail was stored).
If you don't use a 3rd party backup service, then you are out of luck.
However, now you have reason for your company to invest, so good luck!
