I am looking to use Azure Maps to find locations that I can then bookmark to find later. When I bookmark a location, I'd like to save the name and ID of the location. Then later I could access the bookmark to hit the API and find additional information (i.e. address, phone, website) later. Is this allowed in the TOU?

That can be done with a little code. Note, Azure Maps is a developer platform (i.e. map features you can add into your own application).

Same requirement here. Any detailed explanation would be appreciated. We are using Bing Maps API to find a business listing by query and we can get the API response as intended. But, we are unable to find a link to it where a user can click on it and see in the UI.
You can store geocode results from either platform. However, IDs are not guaranteed to stay that same longer term, so avoid making any dependency on those. You can store the name, address, and coordinates. The Bing Maps API has no UI for results, you have to add results to the map like any other piece of data and define how it is rendered. If you want to create a URL to the Bing Maps website you can create custom URLs as per this documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/articles/create-a-custom-map-url For example, if you want to display a single business result, you could use the name and coordinates to create a URL like this: https://bing.com/maps/default.aspx?ss=yp.{business name}~sst.1&cp={latitude}~{longitude}&lvl=16 this will center the map over the business and it will show up as the first result.
