Hi,

We need to uninstall the skype for business standalone 2016 from all our PCs.
We need a script or a tool that can remove the application silently from multiple PCs without any user interference.

    You can try to follow these tips to see if works for you:

    1.Go to the Microsoft Download Center, download the Lyncentry.msi file to your computer
    2.Run the file to setup the program
    3.Go back to Control Panel>Prgrams and features>uninstall a program>find the Skype for Business Basic 2016 then uninstall it.
