In program word, I tried to change the font to "Times New Roman" font, but it doesn't work and even changed to Korean styled font. And all the things that I write all have the red underline. Even it does not have any spelling mistakes.
I thought it is because I did not update the program, and I just checked it, it it new one! I don't know what to do.

If you are typing and Korean characters are coming out, then perhaps the keyboard on your laptop is set to Korean? I would guess that Times New Roman doesn't support Korean, so it would be unable to change to this font.
The 'red underlines' from the spellchecker will occur on correctly spelled words when the language isn't set to the language you are writing in. Have you checked this?

But I mean I typed in English and I wanted to change to Times New Roman, but it changed to Korean font. In a word, just that font does not work. And not only Times New Roman doesn't work but also some of fonts does not work. Even there are some DOWNLOAD mark and I tried to download them, but it still does not work.
Also I set to the language I wrote (English), but there are still red underlines. But if I write in Korean, there are no red underlines.
I think I just have to delete Word program and reinstall it. Is it possible? I have to write an essay in Times New Roman font, but it does not work and so sad,,,
