Authenticator Application

I lost my phone/device and I got a new one. However, I secured my Facebook account with the authenticator app in the old phone. When I reinstalled the authenticator app and tried to use it to open my Facebook page,it's not accepting it. How can I reverse the app to the old one used on the lost device??

    You might try Turning off two-factor authentication from your Security and Login Settings and re-adding your Facebook account to the app.

    I had same problem. I typed wrong account so I can't login to my facebook. I try recover account but facebook not accept. You can try recover your account then turn off 2FA
