teams audio conferencing and PSTN minutes

recently purchased license for microsoft 365 audio conferencing.
did teams meeting, and soon as it was over got emails stating we used up our Teams Skype PSTN minutes for the month.
so is the audio conferencing license not enough?
does it matter if the default number is Toll Dedicated as opposed to Toll Shared?
I noticed the default was dedicated, and changed it to shared, will we still need additional PSTN minutes to do another conference call with dial in ability this month?

    The Audio Conferencing license is enough.

    Meanwhile, if you would like to use toll-free numbers with Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams, it needs to set up Communication Credits.

    In addition to the standard Audio Conferencing per-user license, Volume and Licensing organizations can also choose a pay-per-minute offer to enable Audio Conferencing capabilities for their organizations.

    <Question 3>Does it matter if the default number is Toll Dedicated as opposed to Toll Shared?

    As I know, it ‘s all ok. The difference between the two types of phone numbers is Dedicated phone numbers are only available to users within your organization, while Shared phone numbers can be shared with other Microsoft 365 or Office 365s.
