Can Azure Active Directory Password policy override to Group Policy password policy ? Please advise.

    Depends, what's your current environment and which AAD Connect features you have enabled? For cloud-only users, the AAD policy applies. But if you are using features such as password writeback (or authenticate directly against you AD via PTA/AD FS), the On-Prem policy wins.

    We've AAD connect PHS enabled environment and on-prem DC/AD.
