SCCM Reporting services not provisioning

i am facing an issue regarding reporting services of SCCM. after installing it creates a folder in drive C:SMS and another folder in drive E:SRSRP. i manually copied that folder on drive c but it deleted it. multiple times i try it. below is log file of issue. if any one had this issue before please suggest the fix

    Of course I'm not sure, but did you have Reporting Services installed before trying to add the SCCM role to the server?
    Has the report server been accessed, e.g. B. http://localhost/reportingserver or http://localhost/reports/browse/ ?

    does the url work?
