Do all questions with images need moderation?

My last two questions are awaiting moderation. Both of them include images.
I am posting this simple question to see if it will require moderation. If yes, it probably means that somehow all posts from my account require moderation.

    @Hong Questions with images do not need moderations but if you have images with too many texts it may be flagged. They encourage typing your problems and errors than screenshotting them.
