How to disable elastic job using SQL script

Hi ,

I have 2 question

Question 1 : I want to execute some SQL script everyday at 9 AM IST on the basis of DTU percentage is less than 5 then execute SQL script and once this script is successfully run with my DTU condition then want to stop or disable elastic job as my SQL server has no SQL server agent so due to which need to run by elastic job.

Question 2 : If i run elastic job so is it pay as service or is it free service?

    Here is the document for the Elastic job actions that you can do using the TSQL.

    We don't see direct out of the box solution for this. Please use Azure SQL UserVoice to create a feed back directly for the Product Team.
