Hi
From the Media creation tool for 20H2 i have downloaded the ISO then i have extract the WIM for Pro version (index 6)
I have deployed this WIM through MDT, made my changes and sysprep (genralize+shutdown)
Then i simply captured the image with
dism /Capture-Image /ImageFile:Z:\OS\Capture\W10X64EN\W10X64EN.wim /CaptureDir:C:\ /Name:"Windows 10 EN" /compress:max
i open the WIM to validate its correct with DISM.GUI tool but i have the error (if i boot after the capture, windows start correctly)

Did you run that DISM command line in a Win PE environment?
Make sure you are boot into a Windows PE and run that command again.
Also I noticed:

0x8007007e means "The specified module could not be found." To avoid system files corruption in that image, please download ISO and create .wim file again.
