Hello Expert,

We have a user A who has a delegated permission on mailbox B.

When User A sends a meeting from mailbox B's calendar to Mailbox C.

It shows Organizer name as Mailbox C for same meeting where mailbox is only attendee. It should have been shown as organizer name as Mailbox B.

It happens randomly.

Any help would be appreciated

Will this issue occur when user B sends a meeting invitation directly?

Please try to log in to your mailbox on OWA and check whether the organizer of the meeting is displayed properly.

Does user C use a mobile device to synchronize calendars through Exchange ActiveSync?
According to the known issues released by Microsoft, when a user synchronize their iOS or Android device by using Exchange ActiveSync, they may unexpectedly become the organizer for a meeting to which they were invited.

According to my research and search, Microsoft has not released any specific instructions on causing the issue.
It is known from the content published by Microsoft in the document. This issue affects all versions of Exchange server, and similar symptoms have been reported to Microsoft. At present, Microsoft is unable to reduce the impact of these problems, and encourages users to first try to cooperate with equipment suppliers to find a solution to the issue.
I will actively contact the product team, if there is any progress in solving the problem, I will update immediately.
