Is it necessary to complete 1 or both of the below as a prerequisite to the Solution Architect certifcation

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

    You need to have any one the associate level certifications and then take MB-600 to gain the expert level certification. You don't need both
