Issue with recording a call

I have facing issue when recording a meeting - i am doing it the way it should be and for some reasons i always get this at the end of the recording - Anyone could help?

    Hi Anne,

    Please double-check that you have a license that includes Stream and uploading to Stream isn't restricted in your organization. If they are all good, raising a case to Microsoft might be a good idea to see if there is a maintenance, migration, etc. going on that effects your tenant.

    Does this issue persist all the time?
    Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
    As BurakVarol said, we recommend you check if you have Microsoft Stream licensing. For more details, you can refer to:

    Also make sure that you have upload video permissions in Microsoft Streams.
