Can a landline be transferred to the phone system and the auto attendant transfers back to the landline for the staff to answer the call?

We have a store and are looking for an auto attendant solution that would work with our landline. We need the auto attendant to give available hours, directions, amenities, and then the option to talk to staff if necessary. Can the phone system, transfer the caller back to the landline for the staff to then answer their call? We have high speed internet at all 4 stores and we have at least 2 phone lines tied to the front desk, one is the main line and the second is a backup that could be used if necessary. Can this tie into Teams, or is this a separate issue entirely?
Thank you.

What you looking for is a Private Branch Exchange, or PBX telephone system.
