Desktop location

I asked this question at answers.microsft.com, but they said "you have W10 Education, we can't help yu, ask at Technet forum, so I am asking.

During migration from one PC to another, I made a mistake and set the Desktop location as E:\ instead E:\Users\User, like other "documents folders". It was making a mess, so i tried to change the location, but it turned out to be impossible. When I trying to change location in "Properties" of Desktop, appears a message (in translation): "You cannot redirect a parent object to a subordinate object. The specified path is incorrect".

When I tried to restore deafult location of Dekstop, appears a message (in translation): "You cannot create a list of ordinary subdirectories in directory E:\System Volume Information, access denied.

I also cannot go back to earlier versions of the system (option "System Protection" is not active and I cannot activate it.)

How can I change the Desktop location to another one?

Thx for help
