    @Behzad Najafizad ,

    What is your AD topology?

    I am confused about this. You could read this article and give us a more understandable term.

    You could try the following steps to fix this issue:

    1. Go to ADSIEDIT and connect to Schema.
    2. Look for “CN=ms-RTC-SIP-SchemaVersion” and then right click and go to properties.
    3. This will bring up the attribute editor. Clear the values from “rangeLower” and “rangeUpper”
    4. Publish topology

    @Sharon Zhao-MSFT Tank you for answer me, my topology is easy....

    1. Standard Edition Config SFB
    2. I have 2 sip domain (Primary SIP is Local Domain and Additional SIP is Public Domain)
    3. Use SQL Server Express in Front End (Standard Edition SFB)
    4. Have 2 Domain Controller (Primary and Additional)
      I have double check for the Schema in two Active Directory and "rangeLower" and "rangeUpper" is correct.
