Issues connecting with Bastion to VM

A user who I've granted access to sign into a VM is getting an message that "This region is not supported for Bastion public view". Her machine is in the same building and on the same network as my machine. I granted the same acess to a different user and there was no issue, so I don't know why Bastion is complaining.

Thoughts?

Our NSG is a bit more open but encompasses what is in the article.

I would assume it is considering that both hers and mine are on the same network segment and we both are accessing the same resource. Its just that she can't get in and I (and others) can.

They tried with the latest version of Chrome and Firefox. I use Firefox.

    Check-

    1. If she has connected to any VPN on her workstation.
    2. Are you using domain account or local account to connect VM?

They are successfully logged into the azure portal, but when they click to connect with Bastion, before it asks for credentials, she is met with the statement about the region not being supported.
