Any way to retrieve or recover the azure owners account?
Contact support, they will have you go over a verification process and if everything checks out can elevate another user to GA/Owner.

I lost my phone and I am locked out computer, it want accept my password plus my job email that I use as backup is in default

I found no way where to contact support directly to verify our ownership and elevate account.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I am very disappointed with Azure for this and making a decision to migrate our services away.
Is there a way just to find out? I have a login but not sure if that is the azure administrator account(owner) or just a user account. Thanks
