You are not eligible for an Azure Free Trial Subscription

I tried with a old and 2 new Microsoft accounts to register and try out Azure free trial, but always get the message "You are not eligible for an Azure Free Trial subscription", all the information was not used before on azure free trial (email, credit card, phone, address), tried on chrome and chrome on incognito mode, always get the same problem, I even deleted the old account after trying it and before trying again.

Even tried with my mother information but nothing works. And now all the information I have is already submitted to Azure, is it a problem? Do I need to do something else with a new account before trying azure free trial?

Do I need to try on a different computer? Because this computer was used to access a account on free trial (another email, credit card, phone) some months ago by my brother.

Not saying why I'm no eligible is just terrible...

just terrible... Tried to play with Azure and Azure functions, but this already distracted my motivation. Try AWS it is much more flexible for free accounts.

    Hi @Certi ,

As mentioned in the troubleshooting guide, to resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
The credit card information is correct.
You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

If you are still having trouble I would recommend creating a free support ticket with the Billing team.

Make it simple, I had the same problem , I opened a Ticket.

    With you basic content.
You are not eligible for an Azure Free Trial Subscription (I wasn't eligible for paid as well).

The case was resolved by Microsoft support within 2-3 others. They even called me to check if everything is working.

Kinda good support for a free account :)
