안녕하세요, 학원에서 Azure를 통해 학습하고 있는 학생입니다.

저는 Azure 무료 사용에 대해 문의하려고 하는데, 처음 30일동안 20만원 가량의 요금을 제공해주고, 12개월간 무료 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 해주는 시스템이 혹시 변했는지 묻고 싶습니다.

다시 말해, 과거에는 12개월간 매 월 20만원씩 무료 요금을 지급했는지 묻고 싶습니다. 학원 강사의 말로는 '과거에는 1년동안 매월 20만원 씩 지급했다', 'Microsoft의 정책이 자주 바뀌기 때문에 현재 상태로 바뀌었다'라고 언급했는데, 이것이 사실인지 확인해보고 싶어 문의합니다.

그리고 저는 Azure 이용이 한 달이 약간 넘은 무료 계정 상태인데, 요금 제약과 상관 없는 '12개월간 체험 가능한 제품' 중 'Window Virtual Machine' 750시간 B1S 표준 계층의 가상 머신 만들기가 되지 않아 무엇이 문제라 되지 않은지도 알고 싶습니다.
