Azure Data Explorer not starting

I started using Azure Data Explorer Cluster yesterday and have enjoyed what I've used so far. I stopped the cluster around 5pm EST yesterday since I wasn't using it during that time. Today at around 9:15am, I tried starting the cluster again but I've been having issues starting it. The error code I get is called "ResourceOperationFailure." The status message is as follows:

"statusMessage": "{\"status\":\"Failed\",\"error\":{\"code\":\"ResourceOperationFailure\",\"message\":\"The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.\",\"details\":[{\"code\":\"Failed\",\"message\":\"Internal Server Error\"}]}}",

I was wondering if anyone had any insight on what this issue is or what could be causing it?

    Hi @tsun ,

Thanks for confirming. I have double checked with ADX product team if there was any issue during the time you were experiencing this error message and they have confirmed that they had a live site in East US region that prevented users from starting the clusters. The issue was immediately resolved by the product team and ADX cluster start operations were working as expected.

    Hope this info helps.

Thank you for your patience and apologizes for your experience because of this issue.

I am experiencing the same issue now.
I cannot start my cluster. The error I see is the same: "
The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'."
My cluster is in East US.
