Hi,
I tried to delete my resource group, but this process after deletion of VM. The current result that not only I need to delete Sync group specifically (why?), it is simply fail (after waiting a few minutes) with the following error.

Server endpoint 'FileServerLocal'
Code: MgmtServerJobExpired
Details: The operation 'Delete server endpoint' failed with the following error: The server did not pick up the new configuration. Check if the server is turned off, or is having service connectivity issues. If the server has been decommissioned, unregister the server.

Additional information:
Operation identifier: 7551417b-6bf1-40fe-8a91-c795eca350af
Server identifier: 55d07e48-316f-48c5-b393-bccc5f1f1db5
Error code: 0x80C87013 MgmtServerJobExpired
Correlation ID: de89d450-7fa0-42c9-bb9d-dbe799f90e64
Request ID: 8eb47eb4-b3a5-4851-b87f-d133b120c45e

Needeless to say, none of offer options aren't relevant at all. There is also no such functionality of unregister the server.

Thanks,
Assaf

@Assaf Katz Welcome to Microsoft Q&A, Thank you for posting your question!

If the server is no longer available, unregister the server in the portal which will delete the server endpoints .

Server endpoint deletion fails, with this error: "MgmtServerJobExpired" (Error code: -2134347757 or 0x80c87013)
This error occurs if the server is offline or doesn't have network connectivity. If the server is no longer available, unregister the server in the portal which will delete the server endpoints. To delete the server endpoints, follow the steps that are described in Unregister a server with Azure File Sync.

    Hi,
I used both advices, it solved the problem. The non-sense of this process is still behind that I can comprehend.
    Thanks,
    Assaf
