Unable to access exam certificate

I am trying to access my certificate for the 70-762, but I am unable to retrieve it. I get an error saying 'Sorry, we could not find your certificate profile. Please Contact Support'. If I click the 'Contact Support' link, it says 'Your request has been blocked'.

Please help.
