Volume size mismatch in ANF

I had created an Azure netapp file volume of 100GiB , I had mounted this volume to an unix host where it shows 100T . Why is it so , Please explain ?

    The volume size reported in DF is the maximum size the Azure NetApp Files volume can grow to. The size of the Azure NetApp Files volume in DF command is not reflective of the quota or size of the volume. You can get the Azure NetApp Files volume size or quota through the Azure portal or the API.

    I had copied some data on the mount point , now the size keeps increasing as per the below attahement
