hi ,

i am seeing this error in my WVD event logs for outlook. what exactly it is saying, i tried googling this but no luck.

Also, i am seeing this as well: Rpc call (Unknown) on transport (unknown) to server (https://exchagneservername.domain/mapi/emsmdb/?MailboxId=bdd0fd03-3090-4448-906e-708b80ea[@](/users/na/?userId=19d591f5-0000-0003-0000-000000000000).com) failed with error code (800704d3) after waiting (39969) ms; eeInfo (none).

    Could you please provide more information about your environment? What's you Exchange server and CU version and what's your outlook version?

    Is your outlook failed connecting to Exchange server or other issue? The issue occurs inside or outside your domain? How many users in your organization encountered the same issue?

    What's the result if you use ExRCA tool to test the outlook connectivity?

    In addition, please use below commands to check the configuration of RPC/HTTP and MAPI/HTTP in your organization, note to clear your personal information.

    Get-OutlookAnywhere |fl  
    get-OrganizationConfig | fl *mapi*  
    Get-CASMailbox username | fl *mapi*  
    Get-MapiVirtualDirectory | fl
