    Hi,
If you can’t turn on your webcam or camera successfully and get an error message saying “We can’t find your camera” in Windows 10, and the error code is 0xA00F4244, the cause might be antivirus software that’s blocking the webcam or camera, or the problematic camera drivers.
1.Disable the antivirus software temporarily and see if the camera works. In the antivirus software, you can check if there are settings related to blocking the access or permission to use the camera.
2.Re-download and update the installation camera driver from the manufacturer's official website.
3.Click the Start button, select Settings > Privacy > Camera, and then turn on Let apps use my camera.
If the issue still insists, I consider that the updates changed the system files. Open Settings>Update history> uninstall the latest update you installed to check.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
    Carl

    Hello,

Try uninstalling the last update, or you also restore your system to earlier date and see if it helps:

Also, check the Device Manager, if there is no camera driver there, download and install it from your device manufacturer website.

    Hope this helps!
