Can someone explain with example what is the exact meaning of default reply address (SMTP) in email addresses list of user mailbox?

    Its the SMTP address that the FROM will show when the user sends a message.
    In other words, its SMTP address that any proxy Address on that mailbox will resolve to when processed by Exchange.
