Multiple questions regarding creating a IoT Service for our customers

I'm willing to design an IoT system that can support many customers (in the order of hundreds), and each customer has a number of IoT devices (up to 1000). I would have a web service with accounts defined for each customers, so that they can log-in and see some streaming analytics for their associated IoT devices. We can use Power BI type of analytics to represents the data from the devices but the analytics also involve some graphics from a Python code. What services do I need to use from Azure? What is the most straightforward way to implement this? Any online tutorials available for this?
