How to install the Ubuntu 14.04 for window 10 system?

dear:
my windows 10 system information as following:
system verion:Windows10 Professional
system build number:1909
os version：18363.836

Now I want to install the WSL for windows and the ubuntu system is ubuntu 14.04,but i can not find the ubuntu 14.04 in Microsoft store,and Could you tell me what I have to do?

    Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
    Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
    openSUSE Leap 15.1
    SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP5
    SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP1
    Kali Linux
    Debian GNU/Linux
    Fedora Remix for WSL
    Pengwin
    Pengwin Enterprise
    Alpine WSL

    FYI: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-win10
    Note: Ubuntu 20.04 is supported, but it seems no Ubuntu 14.04.

    Hi,

    Ubuntu 14.04 reached its end of life on April 30, 2019. But we could use Ubuntu 18.04 instead. Here is a link for download: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
    If you have other issue about Ubuntu, we recommend to ask Ubuntu forum on UserVoice and GitHub until further notice.
