In you log files I noticed there is error 0x80240022 and this error is related to the root certificate.
Are these PCs part of domain?
Are you able to authenticate to domain correctly?
Try open start in the affected system and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
In the affected system try run command prompt as administrator and then type the following command:

    sfc /scannow

And let it runs and see what is the result.

1st option: run trouble shooter for Windows update
    If fails:
Go to system restore & then after it is restored it will update
    If fails:
You can make cloud download and clean instal keep the key to activate
    Last:
Shut down and start pressing esc key.
    In options restore from bios

I don’t think that you have to go to bios, if restore fails then download and make clean instal.
You have the option to retain files in restore too.

    Thanks & regards

    Hi Guillaume AMGAR,

Thanks for your posting on this forum.

According to the information you provided, there are something mistakes when the clients try to install KB4601050 and KB4601319. The two updates are cumulative updates. In my opinion, we have to install the SSUs before installing CUs. The last SSU is KB4598481. Please try to install the KB4598481 before installing the KB4601319 and KB4601050.

Please remember to inform me if there are any update. Thanks for your time.

    Regards,
    Rita

    well i fixed the issue

regarding the CBS log it seems to be linked to onedrive folder that is missing under WINSXS
    i saw this post https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/8fee94ab-bff0-4471-a633-a7e72069de4f/windows-10-x64-1903-cumalitive-updates-failing-error-0x800f0983?forum=winserverwsus

i copied the folder from a clean image to the folder of our deployed computer and the update worked
