Missing System Volume Information

Dear All, I'm in the middle of troubleshooting an issue with our Windows Server 2012 R2 where it stops responding to remote access from time to time, we got the Event ID 8197 but didn't know how to resolve it (workaround was to do a reboot but it failed again in maybe few days later) I'm stepping at https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/Lync/en-US/ea70e322-873c-499c-b48d-94bc386bd4e4/srmsvc-error-8197?forum=winserver8gen and followed the instructions, I found that it seems to be something wrong with our server's system volume. I've unchecked the "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" but there is nothing showing up at Windows File Explorer. I opened diskmgmt and there is no letter for the system volume. Is it something wrong and how to get this moved forward? Many thanks for your help in advance! ![72297-system-volume-2.png][1] ![72287-system-volume-1.png][2] ![72298-microsoftteams-image.png][3] [1]: /api/attachments/72297-system-volume-2.png?platform=QnA [2]: /api/attachments/72287-system-volume-1.png?platform=QnA [3]: /api/attachments/72298-microsoftteams-image.png?platform=QnA
