Cannot find Skype (Consumer) accounts in Teams

Dear all, after enabling the feature "Users can communicate with Skype users" in Microsoft Teams (External Access pane) I am trying to test it. Nonetheless, Teams always says "Couldn't find TheAddressThatYouTyped externally". I even created a new Skype account but Teams is still unable to find any external Skype email account. Does anyone know how to fix this or if this feature is working at all at this time? In case it is still not working (I have read somewhere that is a "Preview"), does anyone know when it will be working?

Thank you in advance.

    Hi AM-9778,

Thanks for you kindly attention to Microsoft Teams.

As a supplement, you can refer to the interoperability capabilities between Microsoft Teams and Skype (Consumer).
