Add Role button is disabled in Azure portal

I just created free account today. I was creating SQL database through Azure portal. I am getting role permission issue and when i try to add role , i am not getting this option "Enabled" in Resource group. I followed instructions "Assign Azure roles using the Azure portal" given but unable to do so as "Add Role" button is disabled in Azure portal

    if you have just created you account today then you have to wait 24 hours as because azure verifies all information you provided. Also check that have you verified your email or phone number if all done...
    Then no worries wait for 24 hours and after that check... Button will work for you......
