Possibly Factory Reset?

It just started. I was trying to logon into another microsoft account using that computer and once I logged in, the screen went black. I waited, but nothing came up. I tried pressing buttons, ctrl+alt+delete, and clicking around, but nothing. I then proceeded to pressed down on the power button for a while until it shut down so that I could restart, because normally it would react with one push. And now, it's on factory reset, I think, so now I'm scared that I'll lose all of my data and lost files. Please help!

I have a Windows 10 desktop ACER
model: aspire ZS600G

Try powering off again. See if you can just power on and get back into Windows normally. If not, describe the screen that you are seeing, or post a photo of it here.

Normally you can get to a Windows Repair Environment, from where you can do some checks and repairs, if necessary.

@Don Cuthbert Yeah, turns out that's all I had to do was turn it on and off. Thanks!
