credentials prompt on RDS connection

Hi,

We have a RDS architecture (RDS, RDS Gateway, RDS Broker). All our laptop are joined to the domain.

When launching RDS connection from this laptop, credentials are not prompted.

But if the laptop is out of LAN (and so, laptop is using credentials in cache), RDS connection prompt for credentials.

Is there a way to avoid this?

I try to set gatewaycredentialssource to 1 (doesn't change anything), promptcredentialonce to 1 (just doesn't ask for cred if other connections are made during the same Windows session).

Thanks.

    Hi,
Please refer to the information in the link below:
How to Allow Saved Credentials for RDP Connection
    https://theitbros.com/enable-saved-credentials-usage-rdp/
Also check the GP setting about allow passwords to be saved with RD Gateway in Remote Desktop Client.
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Security.
Always prompt for password upon connection
At the same time, check the "Use RDP Gateway generic credential" option under the Advanced tab was enabled.

Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,

Thanks for your answer. I had already try to change Administrative Templates, in vain.
I will try the "Use RDP Gateway generic credential".
