Azure Active Directory SAML SSO testing down?

I had been trying out configuring an enterprise application of ours to work through the SAML SSO from Azure AD. Sometime between early last week and now I am no longer able to click the Testing links "Sign in as current user" or "Sign in as someone else". Notable callout as well is that the, "you should install this extension," warning bar is always shown whether or not I have the extension on, and yes I do allow 3rd party cookies.

Is this broken or is something wonky on my setup perhaps?

    This is a known issue and there is already an internal ticket opened with our product team for this issue and they are working on the fix. Unfortunately there is no ETA on how much time it will take to resolve the issue. I will monitor the ticket and update this thread once the issue is resolved.
