GPO lock screen - Server 2012 r2 - not been able to applied

1) I did apply this:
9151-snag-0004-100736-am-aalves-6-4-2020.jpg

2) I tried to force the GPO using gpupdate /force

3) Checked the results using gpresult /r /scope:computer

But the lock screen is not working.

Any advice on how to fix this?

Being applied to windows 10 machines (1903)

    Might also check the results of rsop.msc
