Hi there, I need to register with Patientsaccess app on their site but when I click on send email for confirmation or reset nothing comes through. They say hotmail has blocked their domain. I'm stuck! Could you help? These are the emails: *@patientaccess.com and *@updates.patientaccess.com Thanks Nader

    Problem solved!

After lots of writing back and forth they discovered that because I had opted out of their entire marketing and services they didn't even fire email to my mailbox!

They simply added me to 'receive Services' only, and bingo!

    Thanks

    Hi @nader fard ,

As I know, hotmail and outlook.com email account are email accounts that Microsoft provides for individual users and we could not modify its server setting on our own like O365 email accounts. To remove your server’s IP from Hotmail’s blacklist, maybe you need to complete their Hotmail Blacklist Removal Form.

For more related information, please check: How to Remove Your IP from the Hotmail Blacklist.
