Can we run a Vm instance in free trial account?

I have successfully paid for free subscription but still not signed up, credit card debited Rs.2.
Can anyone suggest.

When I setup a free account I started getting billed, and it’s impossible to cancel, see the bill, pay the bill etc because MS didn’t consider what happened when an employee sets up an account in an enterprise environment. They don’t make it clear that I shouldn’t be able to do that or that our organization has an Azure license or not. Nobody bothered to QA this scenario so until Azure bills my IT department we can’t do anything and im stuck with a personal Azure account associated with my IT department. Also I can’t even access Azure, luckily I found better solution anyway.

My have a trouble log in to Azure portal as my authenticator app was deleted and I don't have any other options to log in. please help me to login into azure if there is any other way to login

I am new to azure cloud, signed up for free account this morning. Whenever I try to create a VM it says "no subscription". This account is signed up from US and am here in India using this account, is that an issue?
Support team says this is the issue.
It's possible yes, if you have the possibility try signing up for a free trial based in India.
