Hello,

I was working on Azure Ad Conditional Access Policy for a POC . Due to a mistake, some thing selected in Condition section of the policy and when next time I try to log in using my account, which is a Global Administrator . I got "You do not access to this " message. and my account access is blocked.

I have loged in using a local account ( Uday@manasmoharanagmail.onmicrosoft.com) to the portal but it has very limited access so it didn't helped.

Can you please help to Unblock my Global Administrator account ( manasmoharana@Stuff .com) so that I could login to portal.

Please find the attached screen shot for your reference.

Open a support case or call support directly: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/contact-support-for-business-products?&tabs=phone

To avoid such issues in the future, always have a "break glass" account configured.

    Hello,

Thanks for the answer, and t should work but in my case my azure portal was lock and not able to log-in to the portal to create a support ticket. And I communicate through @Azuresuport in twitter and resolved the issue by creating a support ticket there .

As michev said , I have configured a account as "break glass". Thanks for this valid suggestion.

    Br, Manas
