Hi all
I am using exchange hybrid environment. i have two onprem DL's(dl1@Company portal .com) (dl2@Company portal .com). I want to setup autoreply for these two DLs. So i have created a sharedmailbox(sharedmailbox1@Company portal .com) and made it member of these two DLs (dl1 and dl2). i have made this shared mailbox hidden and i have set autoreply for this shared mailbox and executed the below syntaxes. when email is triggered to these DLs i am not getting autoreply email . Please guide me on this.

Set-DistributionGroup dl1@Company portal .com -SendOofMessageToOriginatorEnabled $true
Set-DistributionGroup dl2@Company portal .com -SendOofMessageToOriginatorEnabled $true

Autoreply has been set on the shared mailbox. Now i have triggered test email to the shared mailbox and i got autoreply, i have triggered email to the DL next minute i did not get autoreply email.
when i trigger email to the DL after a minute. will i get the autoreply email from shared mailbox since shared mailbox is a member of the DL.

Now shared mailbox is a member of the DL1 and DL2. when email is triggered to DL1 will i get autoreply email and in next minute if email is triggered to DL2
    will i get autoreply email.

    Hi @Glenn Maxwell ,
Which users cannot trigger OOF emails? Internal, external, or all users.
How do you set up automatic responses for shared mailboxes?

1.Please try to send the email directly to the shared mailbox to see if there is an automatic reply.

2.Please try to enable the OOF in OWA and ECP, or run the following command to enable the OOF. Then send a test email to see if OOF is generated.

Set-MailboxAutoReplyConfiguration -Identity <username> -AutoReplyState Enabled -InternalMessage "Internal auto-reply message." -ExternalMessage "External auto-reply message."

    ECP:

In addition, it should be noted that each time you turn on Auto reply, only one OOF email will be sent to the same user.
