Hi everyone. I'm trying to change the default font from the signatures in Outlook using a GPO which modifies the registry from the domain computers/users.

So, i already have read a lot of instructions but any of them worked.

The main function of this is to change the fonts from all signatures already created by the users which they used Calibri by default.
I want to change Calibri to Arial but it seems that i've already set as default all fonts in outlook to Arial but the changes are not applied to the signatures (when i create a new one the default template is in Calibri).

Does anyone has a suggestion for this? we're using office 365 and 2016

I'm going to leave a screenshot.

Thank you very much for your time.

    Hi @Abel Tana ,

    Welcome to our forum!

I want to change Calibri to Arial but it seems that i've already set as default all fonts in outlook to Arial but the changes are not applied to the signatures (when i create a new one the default template is in Calibri).

I indeed tested and researched a lot to try changing the default Signature font in Outlook but failed to find an effective method to change this. Just got the same test results as yours, Outlook default email message font and the default Signature font are two different settings. Tried using custom stationary and themes, manually changing the default email message font, but both of them will not influence the default Signature font. Tried Process Monitor to observe which registry values will change when modifying the signature font, but also could not get much helpful information. I also did a lot of search about Outlook signature-related Registry value, however, negative as well.

So, I'm afraid that we are not able to change this default Signature font by ourselves.

Here is some other Signature Registry Settings I found, for your reference:

I'm afraid I haven't been able to discover the secret behind the signature's default style, either.
Changing font family retrospectively probably won't be possible, since it's already coded in the HTM files Outlook generates.
You can, however, use VBScript and GPO to inject personalized email signatures with the formatting you desire to each user's Outlook settings. Take a look at the following article to learn how: Active Directory Outlook Signature – VBScript
If your ultimate objective is to unify email signatures in desktop Outlook, it should do its job.
