Maybe you can try to reinstall the Microsoft 365 with the latest Outlook. And when reinstalled, set the outlook not to create log files for the first time and restart it. On the other hand, if you don't need the Support and Recovery Assistant, maybe you can uninstall it or reinstall it again. Would the same issue happen?
