KB5001649 and 21H1

Hello all,

YESSS : I finally found that KB5001649, to address the printing problem of my users : blocked on photo prints since a week...

So I went to install it on a computer to give a try ... but the OS version is 21H1 (ie v 19043.867 ) ! So it refused to install.

Am I the sole with this problem ?
Does someone have the solution ?
Or is this KB to be updated soon ?

    Hello Etienne,

    The KB5001649 is a cumulative update for windows 10, version 2004 and version 20h2. It's not suitable for 21H1 (ie v 19043.867 ).

    I haven't found related error messages about KB5001649 on the windows 10 known issue. The issue is more related with windows and I'm not really sure.

    But I found a known issue of printing and the issue has been resolved in KB5001648. Please refer to this link and confirm whether the phenomenon is consistent with your environment.
